Important Notice About Gears for Stalpen
We have discovered an issue with gears (article number 67112) in certain Stalpen units sold from Fall 2023–2024. If your Stalpen has a serial number between 13230 and 13849, please check if your serial number is on the list: “Stalpen units that need adjustment.” We are happy to assist you and will replace the gear free of charge.
Here’s what to do:
🔹 Check your serial number.
🔹 If it falls within the range, contact us or your place of purchase.
🔹 We will send you a new gear free of charge.
